We are pleased to announce the launch of SMPH Navigator, a new, school-wide portal designed to streamline access to IT services and support. This modern platform provides a unified, efficient, and transparent way to request assistance.
What is SMPH Navigator?
SMPH Navigator is our new IIT service platform, powered by Atlassian’s Jira platform, offering:
- Comprehensive IT support and general help
- On-site AV support requests
- Access and assistance for research applications and tools such as OnCore and REDCap

Start with the Get IT help – General Support Request, or a specialized form designed to facilitate your specific needs.
