Cybersecurity Support Has a New Home

As of May 12, 2025, all cybersecurity-related requests at SMPH must be submitted through our new Cybersecurity Portal.

This new system replaces email-based support and is designed to improve service speed and transparency. Faculty and staff can now easily submit and track requests related to:

  • Audit Questionnaires
  • Contract Reviews
  • Cybersecurity Consultations
  • Policies, Standards, Procedures, and Guidance
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Risk Assessment
  • Vulnerability Scans

What’s changing?

  • You’ll still get email updates, but you’ll need to log in to the portal to view or respond.

  • You can track the status of your request right from your browser.

  • All requests will be routed through a streamlined system to ensure faster handling.
