Lauren Aquino Kochanowski

Current role:
Leads research study visits, works on cohort maintenance efforts, collects data and biospecimen, assists in the development and implementation of a community engagement plan for sustained relationships and future recruitment in underrepresented groups in the Milwaukee area and rural areas of Wisconsin

Past experience:
Lauren previously worked at the Population Health Institute, analyzing survey responses and focus groups, and translating findings into actionable data for the CDC. Lauren has also supported a CDC-led safe influenza study by conducting participant screening, consenting, and data collection for the division of Infectious diseases at the Department of Medicine. Prior to that Lauren worked at the All of Us Research Program-UW Madison where she actively engaged with underrepresented communities to improve their access and involvement in research initiatives and conducted participant as well as screening, consenting, enrollment, and data collection.
