Requirements
Event capture is limited to HSLC rooms and lecture halls 1225, 1229, 1244, 1248, 1306, 1309, 1325, 1335, 1345 – CSC lecture hall G5/119 – and MFCB lecture hall 1220.
Though event capture is available for any event scheduled during HSLC or CSC open hours, AV support staff is only available Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm.
To guarantee capture, request should be made no later than 7 days in advance of the event.
