DocuSign eSignature is a digital tool used to send, receive, and manage documents that require electronic signatures. It is the only licensed and authorized electronic signature collection tool for campus.
Access and Support
For the Standard instance:
- Initial access to DocuSign should be requested by completing the DocuSign eSignature Account Creation Form.
- SMPH staff can request additional support from the SMPH Application Support Team. Support includes assistance with workflows, agreements, and providing access to other features, such as Template Building or Bulk Sending.
For the SMPH Clinical Research 21 CFR Part 11 compliant instance:
- Access and support can be requested through the SMPH Research Informatics Support Portal.
