SMPH Classroom and AV Services (CAVS) provides standardized technology and equipment in meeting and classrooms throughout the medical school campus including HSLC, WIMR, MFCB, MSC and some rooms in CSC and WARF. Equipment includes AV systems ranging from small group systems for presentations and web conferencing using projectors or displays, to large scale systems in bigger venues such as lecture halls, interactive classrooms and distance education suites. It also can provide some moveable tables, chairs, announcement boards, poster boards and signage.

Getting Started
To reserve AV equipment inside a meeting or conference room, the room must be reserved.
To reserve the room, visit the SMPH Room Reservations website to request an online account. In your online account, you will see all the AV equipment and setups for each room in the buildings supported by CAVS.
