September/October project update for Informatics and IT Collaborative 

The August Project Update focused on the initiation of the four pilot Knowledge Networks and looked forward to the launch of Service Line Director PVLs and the initiation of “Stay Interviews.” Here’s the latest update on the Informatics and Information Technology Collaborative (IITC) for September:

Milestone Achieved: In early September, Service Line Director positions were posted and garnered a number of qualified and competitive applicants. The goal is to fill all seven of these positions by the end of December.

Collaboration with HR: The team has been actively working with Human Resources to develop the Business Relationship Manager job posting timeline. 

Knowledge Networks: Knowledge Network facilitators underwent training to prepare for the launch of four pilot Knowledge Networks in October. Learn more about how to join those knowledge networks. 

Activities Completed in September:

  • Knowledge Network facilitators were trained.
  • The Service Line Director Positions were posted.
  • Workstream 3 IT Service Management project kicked off. 

Planned Activities for October:

  • IIT staff “Stay Interviews” will continue until the end of December.
  • Service Line Director interviews started the week of Oct. 9.
  • Monthly meetings for Knowledge Networks will begin.
  • Preparation for Business Relationship Manager position postings will continue.
