March brought new developments for the IITC, highlighted by demos from Atlassian and ServiceNow that shared information and got input on potential service providers for the “Navigator” project. The March 5th all-staff meeting provided details on the Service Line transition process, including a timeline update, our guiding principles, and an overview of how project teams, work teams, and service line teams will integrate. The meeting also expanded on the Business Relationship Managers roles and provided an opportunity to interact with IIT leadership to get questions answered.
