- Jennifer Bonifas and Tyler Schultz – Directors of User Support Services
- Adam Halstead and Chad Craighill – Directors of Application Development
- Justin Knupp – Director of Enterprise Application Support
- Jim Padley – Director of IT Project Management
- Kristin Simon – Director of Education and Training Technology
- Andy Craven – Director of Business Analytics
Application Development has more than one director
During the hiring process, we made changes in hiring to reflect our commitment to finding the best fit for our evolving needs. We chose to hire more than one director for Application Development; Chad will focus primarily on administrative and educational applications, and Adam will focus primarily on research and clinical applications.
Infrastructure Director position not filled
We decided not to proceed with hiring an Infrastructure Service Line Director at this time. This position requires specific, specialized skills and we felt strongly that we should not put a member of our team in a position where they may not succeed to their full potential. Our current thinking is that the duties in this service line will be shared between Jeff and Mike and a small set of IT Managers who will be able to focus on and utilize their unique skill sets.
